Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services and products offered by Neulux Technologies (“Company,” “we,” or “us”), including but not limited to:

  • Freelance software and web development services
  • Bug fixing and performance optimization
  • Technical consulting and code audits
  • Pre-built templates and other digital products

2. Refund Eligibility

Before Work Begins:
A full refund is available if the client cancels before any work has commenced, except as otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

Non-Refundable Fees:
Deposits, retainers, or initial consultation fees are generally non-refundable once work has started, as they cover initial administrative, planning, and scheduling expenses.

Digital Products:
All digital products (e.g., pre-built templates, code snippets) are non-refundable once purchased, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Cancellation Requests

Submission Method:
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@neulux.tech or through any other official communication channel specified in your contract.

Timeframe:
Clients are encouraged to request cancellations as early as possible. For project-based work, cancellations made mid-project may incur partial fees for work already completed, as outlined in Section 5.

4. Refund Process

Timeline:
Eligible refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days from the date cancellation is confirmed.

Method of Refund:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless an alternative arrangement is agreed upon in writing.

Fees & Deductions:
Any third-party transaction fees or costs incurred (e.g., payment processing fees) may be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Partial Refunds

Milestone-Based Projects:
For projects divided into milestones or stages, refunds may be prorated based on the percentage of work completed. The prorated amount will be determined at our sole discretion, taking into account the resources, time, and effort already invested.

Ongoing Services:
For recurring or ongoing services (e.g., monthly maintenance), partial refunds may be provided for any unused portion of the service period, as specified in your individual contract.

6. No Refund Cases

Completed Work:
No refunds will be provided once final deliverables have been handed off, deployed, or otherwise made available to the client.

Digital Products:
Purchases of digital products are non-refundable due to their intangible and easily reproducible nature.

Breach of Contract:
If your account or service is terminated by Neulux Technologies due to a breach of our Terms of Service or other agreements, you are not entitled to a refund.

7. Amendments to Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
